How long does it take to process your order?

The moment you place your order with Stella Longboards, your order is in the queue for our guys to grab your order off the racks and package your board up! This process typically takes 1-2 business days from getting your order to getting into the UPS truck! Shipping time is approximately 5-10 business days depending on weather and holidays.

What shipping company do you use?

For larger items (like longboards) we use UPS, and for smaller items (wheels, gear, shirts) we use USPS.

Do you ship international?

Currently Stella Longboards does not ship internationally.

How do I check the status of my order?

Upon placing your order, you will receive an automated email including your order details and a link to view your progress. Once your order's label has been printed, you will receive an email with your tracking information and it will be updated to your order progress page. Please see an example below of how your shipping updates will appear:

What do I do if my board was damaged in shipping?

If your board was damaged in shipping, please take a photo of the box it was sent in immediately as well as a photo of the damage. This will allow us to submit a claim to UPS for the damage. We will followup with sending you a return label for the damaged board and send your replacement once it arrives to our shop.

What do I do if I want to return my board?

You have 10 days after your order is delivered to decide whether you would like a refund. Once your return is initiated, we will email you your return label. You have 10 more days to send back your package with the provided label. Once the board has arrived back to our shop, we will submit your refund.
  1. Contact info@stellalongboards.com to inquire about your return.
  2. Print out your packaging label and tape to the box (make sure to make any previous shipping info illegible to make it easier for your delivery guy).
  3. Drop off your package at a shipping hub or schedule a package pickup.
  4. Once the board has arrived, you will receive a refund to the payment method provided.

How much do I get refunded?

Full Refund: Make sure that you have not ridden your longboard outside the home for a full refund minus cost of return shipping (approximately $16 for standard shipping label).

Partial Refund: If your board has been worn in upon it's time with you, you will only receive a 60% refund minus return shipping (approximately $16 for standard shipping label).

What do I do if I want to exchange my board?

Contact us at info@stellalongboards.com if you have any doubts about your board. Let us know if you just don't like size, graphic, or you don't like your wheel color. We'll talk it through and figure out the best way to help you get what you need!
